至於很多人都會問,是否把即食麵過冷河就可以減少油和卡路里?其實過冷河最主要是減去油膉味,而且據講令麵條更爽口彈牙。反而卡路里相差不大。過冷河會帶走點油,即平時煮麵時浮面的油, 大約半茶匙,相若只有20-40卡路里,故只是心理上會覺得無咁肥。
